The half stack includes the PRS Sweet 16 16W tube guitar amp head and a PRS 112 Tuxedo 1x12 guitar speaker cabinet.Sweet 16 16W Tube Guitar Amp Head The 16W PRS Sweet 16 tube amp head is a killer coupling of cathode-biased 6V6 output tube power and Paul Reed Smith Guitars' outstanding design quality. The Sweet 16 amp offers reverb, a full TMB tone stack, and PRS' transparent master volume circuit. Controls include a Bright switch, Volume, Reverb, Treble, Mid, Bass, and Master Volume. With the PRS Sweet 16 amp, tones can run from sparkly cleans to humbucking crunch. At the appropriate volume set, a full range of crunching cleans are accessible using just your guitar's volume knob, replacing the need for at least one foot pedal.The Sweet 16 tube amp uses hand-assembled circuit boards for consistency and reliability. Shielded cable is employed for critical signal paths. Pots, switches, jacks, and power tube sockets are chassis-mounted and connected via flying leads. The Sweet 16 amp head's power sections employ JJs 6V6 power tubes, with their proven track record for ruggedness and reliability. The tubes are cathode-biased to near class A, in a push-pull configuration.
