Designed for the player who is looking for a completely new and different voice, the EWN28KOENT Cutaway Nylon String Acoustic-Electric features a body that's smaller in size and shallower in depth for increased comfort and acoustic projection. With a narrow neck width the EWN28KOENT is perfect for player who find typical classical guitar necks too wide and the soft cutaway provides complete fretboard access. Aesthetic appointments include luscious koa wood top, back & sides, a beautiful laser engraved wood rosette, mahogany binding, gold open gear tuning machines, and rosewood bridge and fingerboard. You won't find anything else quite like the Ibanez EW guitars even among guitars that are much more expensive.
The EWN28KOENT is fully equipped for both acoustic and electric performance with an ultra thin B-Band® UST (under-the-saddle) pickup and the Ibanez SRTn Preamp. The B-Band® UST pickup has a wide dynamic range and reproduces original tones without affecting the instrument acoustically. The SRTn's notch filter-equipped feedback reduction system allows high loud sound levels before feedback. Control adjustments are simple and easy to use, and tuning is a snap thanks to the onboard tuner. The G200ECENT has a 1/4" output jack, and a balanced XLR jack for direct PA connection. Operates on standard AA batteries.
