The 25th Anniversary PRS 513 Figured Maple Electric Guitar marks Paul Reed Smith's first quarter century with shadow bird inlays, an anniversary wide thin neck shape and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard. The guitar is armed with an HSH array of 513 pickups, a unique color palette, and a gorgeous figured maple top.513 stands for 5 pickups and 13 sounds. The 25th Anniversary Edition 513 is an updated version of the 513 Maple Top guitar. It boasts a mahogany neck, 513 electronics and includes PRS' patented pickup system providing 13 modern and vintage sounds utilizing 5 proprietary single-coil pickups. 25th Anniversary appointments include shadow bird inlays, an anniversary headstock eagle, a bound rosewood fretboard and a unique palette of colors. Other specifications include a 25 1/4" scale length, a special neck joint and an easy-to-use integrated electronics control package, which includes volume control, tone control and 2 blade switches—a 5-way pickup selector, and a 3-way mode switch that allows you to select between the single coil, clear humbucking and heavy humbucking modes. This most versatile of guitars can go from screaming humbuckers to sparkling single-coils with the flick of the 3-way switch.25 years of building consistent guitars to extremely high quality standards centered around innovation and constant change has made the PRS Custom 24 a perennial favorite with guitar players.
