Fender Eric Johnson Strat

Fender Eric Johnson Strat

A rosewood fretboard and new finish options are the calling cards of the new Fender Eric Johnson Stratocaster RW. Like the Eric Johnson Signature Strat, the Eric Johnson RW has the features specified by Eric including a ’57-style 2-piece alder body finished in thin-skin nitrocellulose lacquer; a quartersawn maple neck with bound round-laminated 12" radius fretboard; a three-ply parchment pickguard; pickups voiced by Eric himself; staggered vintage-style tuners; and a custom tremolo block. The rosewood fretboard adds a little bit of warth and softer feel compared to the maple neck on the original Eric Johnson Strat. The new finishes are Dakota red, tropical turquoise, medium palomino, and Lucerne aqua firemist. The Eric Johnson Stratocaster RW is now available for preorder.
