PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Grand Prize (the "Prize"): One (1) trip for two (2) (the Winner and one eligible "Guest") to Los Angeles, CA to see the taping of the VH1 Rock Honors and a meet and greet with "The Who", on July 17, 2008 (the "Trip"). The prize will include two (2) tickets to see the VH1 Rock Honors Taping (the "Concert"), scheduled for July 17, 2008. The Trip includes round trip coach airfare (from a major commercial airport near Winner's residence within the continental United States) and hotel (3 days, 2 nights/double occupancy). Actual value of the Trip will vary depending on point of departure. Dates and other specifics of all travel are subject to change in Sponsor's sole discretion. There is no value associated with the meet and greet with "The Who", and meet and greet is subject to member availability.
Approximate Retail Value: $3,000.
