The B.C. Rich Ironbird Pro Electric Guitar looks amazing with its Onyx finish and offers professional features such as classic B.C. silver painted bevels, neck-through construction and an active EMG-81 humbucker. The Ironbird Pro guitar has the fire-power needed to heat up any stage. Introduced in 1983, the Ironbird's angular lines and striking appearance have earned many loyal followers throughout the years. This guitar combines all the professional you've come to expect from B.C. Rich, such as neck-through design, 24-5/8" scale length, an EMG-81 pickup, Grover tuners and Floyd Rose Original tremolo. B.C. Rich is known as one of the pioneers in Neck Through construction. They utilize it on many of their guitars, because it provides the best possible sustain, resonance, comfort and access to higher frets. Neck-through has long been considered the premium construction method for high-end guitars. This construction starts with premium maple or mahogany and runs from the tip of the headstock to the end of the guitar.
