The perfect sibling to its 4-string counterpart, Music Man commemorates the 20th Anniversary of the StingRay 5. Exclusive to this anniversary instrument, a brand-new preamp was designed to accentuate the low end frequencies while gaining additional clarity, sustain, and response. Paying tribute to the earliest StingRay 5's, the pickups come equipped with the ever popular alnico magnets. Further improvements include a mahogany tone block centered underneath the sweet spot of the pickups and a 5-bolt neck attachment to provide smoother access to the higher frets.
