WE are Basone, a small Canadian custom guitar company specializing in high quality electrics. We hand-craft all our guitars and basses in Vancouver, British columbia, Canada. Each one of our instruments is a work of art.
We don't cover our wood unless requested; we like nature. Our exquisite custom guitars, such as the Basone Scarface, the Original Mahogany, Shifter, HillBilly and the award-winning Smoker's Delight, are only stained, in order to preserve the intricate natural patterns of our high quality wordly tonewoods. In addition, only the finest components are used on our guitars.
Some of our recent hype has been attributed to the Budweiser commercial featuring Basone Guitars, aired during the SuperBowl '07, and the following world-wide radio interview on the station Rock 101.
Besides our line of custom high end electrics, Basone also offers customized replacement parts, repairs, set-ups, refinishings, crack repair, guitar detailing, and everything else you need to improve your current guitar. We provide all our services by appointment. Basone also offers services for the Movie Industry, such as prop guitars for stunts and guitar replicas.
