Fewer than 50 original Explorer guitars were shipped during 1958 making them among the most collectible guitars ever. A solid korian body and stopbar bridge are the primary elements of tone and sustain for this awesome axe which you can wield handily thanks to the Gibson Explorer Guitar's player-friendly setup. A 19th fret neck joint means you can shred all the way to the highest notes on a rosewood fretboard. A tune-o-matic bridge and mini Grover tuners keep your strings spot on in tune even when you're bending the night away.
